Coda is defined as “the concluding passage of a piece or movement, typically forming an addition to a basic structure.”
Each individual “word” is an abstracted form of Canadian symbolism. The grid structure communicates the underlying form of language. This artwork is about the optimism of learning a new language.
CODA was produced at Kal Mansur Studios in Toronto, Canada with the help of Courtlandt Swartz, Alyssa Alikpala, and Maita Sayo.
